Come and unwind with us for a gentle evening of sound and stillness at Mansfield Trinity Church. This in-person session is a chance to slow down, switch off, and let yourself be held by soothing tones and calming vibrations.

Whether you’re new to sound baths or you’ve been before, this space is simply about rest. No experience needed — just come as you are.

Bring anything that will help you feel warm and comfortable: a mat, blanket, pillow, maybe even an eye mask. Water or a flask of tea is always a nice touch too.

Settle in, get cosy, and let the sounds do the rest. We’d love to see you there.
